A wet saw combines mains voltage, a spinning diamond blade and a constant flow of water. That combination is why electrical safety is not a paperwork exercise for us but a station on the line. Every electric model passes the same sequence before it is packed.
The test sequence
- Insulation resistance measured between live parts and the machine frame.
- Earth continuity verified on the frame, motor housing and water pump body.
- High voltage withstand test to confirm no breakdown under surge conditions.
- Blade runout checked with the motor at working speed, so a bent flange is caught before packing.
- Water feed and pump flow verified under load, because dry running destroys a rim in minutes.
- Switch, cable and plug inspection against the destination market standard.

What buyers can verify
Ask for the test record of a specific lot number, the CE documentation for the model you are importing, and the plug and voltage configuration written on the quotation. If a supplier cannot tie a record to a lot, the configuration you receive may not be the configuration you ordered.
For distributors, the practical effect is fewer returns from a single weak batch and a document trail that can be shown to the trade counter or the importing authority when a question arises.
